Photography Project Proposal


In term Two the project brief asks us to produce a project that addresses the theme of ‘Disrupting The Everyday’. Whilst our group came up with numerous ideas for the project we chose the idea that we could accomplish to the best of our ability. When thinking of a personal photograph attached to a personal memory the most prominent photos to memory are of our childhood. Photos of our childhood may not have any true memories attached to them and so we attach these memory’s ourselves. For example a photo of a 2nd birthday. Not many of us can remember the actual event in real time and so relatives teach you the story of the event. This shows how memory is embodied in objects. (The object being the physical photograph).
